01Purpose
These terms of use govern the use of the KOLIOCAR platform, a service that connects people for the collaborative transport of parcels between individuals.
02Sign-up and Account
Signing up is free. Users agree to provide accurate information. To become a traveller, identity verification is required.
03Responsibilities
The traveller is responsible for the parcel during transport.
The sender must declare the value and contents of the parcel.
KOLIOCAR connects senders, travellers, drivers and passengers. KOLIOCAR does not carry anything. The sender is responsible for the contents of their parcel. The traveller or driver is responsible for what they agree to carry. Carrying illegal items can lead to criminal prosecution in every country involved. KOLIOCAR cooperates with the authorities in case of a legal request.
04Price and commission
Joining and posting listings are free. The price is set by the traveller or driver and agreed directly with them. KOLIOCAR takes no commission for now; if this changes, members will be told in advance.
05Prohibited items
It is forbidden to send or carry drugs, weapons, cash, counterfeits, flammable or dangerous products, medicines without a prescription, stolen goods or any item banned by the law of the departure country, the arrival country or the carrier. Customs rules vary from country to country. By posting a parcel or a trip, you certify that no prohibited item is involved; the date and time of this acceptance are recorded.
A suspicious parcel or profile can be reported in one click; a listing reported several times is hidden until the team has checked it.
06Disputes
Report a problem: our team reviews every report and can suspend a profile.
07Personal Data
In line with the GDPR, your data is encrypted and used only for the service.
08Changes to the Terms
KOLIOCAR reserves the right to change these terms. Users will be informed by email.
